Isn't that stuff good? I'm a big fan of the tapenade! I may have try to try mixing it w/ veggies. Sounds delicious!

I totally blew my "lite eating" for the week. My g/f and I stopped for lunch at a Chinese restaurant. I had General Tso's.

I had a delicious lunch if I do say so myself

I took some of the steak, chicken, and veggies leftover from the kabobs from last night's dinner, and topped a salad with lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and carrots with it. Had a little Vidalia onion dressing on the side.

We took a nice ride and stopped at a local place. My eyes got bigger than my stomach and I ordered a burger melt on whole wheat and homemade turkey soup.

The soup was Thanksgiving in a cup-it was so good, wish I had gotten just a bowl. Could only eat half the melt tho-was pretty full.
