I think I am having that toasted cheese again with fresh tomato slices in the middle as someone suggested. Wish I had some ham slices to make a ham and cheese with so got to add ham to my list. Still using the cheese that has all those holes in it.

Need to decompress after a long weekend of high calorie foods...

So, I think I'll nibble on some fresh cut veggies & open a bit of White Tuna to go along with it. Oh... and a gourd of fresh Mint Mate tea to sip on all day helps stave off the cravings for more of any or everything! hahahaha LOL!!!

Of course the home made ice cream I brought home with me from Arkansas won't help the 'cecompression' one little bit, but if I'm careful everywhere else, I might make a little headway!

I packed beef and black bean chili today, more honeydew, and a teeny lettuce salad.

kelsie I only buy and use white American cheese now since my DSIL turned me onto it years ago. She was Philly in IN we had only used the yellow.

Hot dogs, raw cauliflower, kohlrabi for lunch today. Nothing special just put mustard and onions on mine.
