It is a Mexican dish. A flour tortilla with different varieties of meats and cheeses and veggies wrapped up in it. I really like them.

Is it as tortilla?

In Italy, we have "burrata" It's very, very good!

The name is similar but the product is total different.

Do you have "burrata" in USA?

If we have the burrata in the USA I've never heard of it. I live in a rural area and we have no Italian places to eat at near me. I will keep my eyes out next time we are in a large city for such. I like Italian food in general.

With a little sweet onion and I'm a happy camper.

Thank you. I have a perfect weather day for it. 70° with sunshine and a gentle breeze. My kitties are gathered around like they know something is up....

It's beautiful out there. I'm considering a trip to the hot tub.

I made a wonderful wrap with whole wheat wrap thingie, deli turkey and ham, swiss cheese, light mayo, onion, tomato, lettuce, S&P. It was so good. It was missing some S&V chips, tho.
