I fried up some chunks of lean bacon, and set them aside. Then I took a pastry brush, and coated a tortilla with the little bit of grease in the pan, and fried it on one side. Once that was done, I flipped it, and put some colby cheese on the tortilla with the bacon. When it was done, I rolled it up and enjoyed the artery cloggingest snack I could think of.

Corn soup and a slice of good bread with roasted garlic spread on it. Not bad!
