Well, I am very disguntled. I was planning on making hash from the leftover pot roast and having it with steamed asparagus and a fresh poached brown egg from my niece's hens. But as luck would have it, DH took it for his lunch today! I am making something for dinner that he doesn't like! LOL

I come by my Irish honestly!

I had some carrots, cherry tomatoes, caesar dressing and some herb flavored crackers for lunch. Too hot to cook
