Boy did I pig out for lunch today! I had the leftover chicken fajitas from my supper last night. Still enough for one more serving but "somebody" will snatch that after school I am sure.

I got creative again with lunch. Nuke 4 hot dogs and made a hot dog salad with Jalapeno relish, mustard, tad bit of A1, and some diced onion. Better I sure if hot dogs had been blackened on the grill.

I had a BLT today and it was delicious. I think that is going to be a regular lunch for summer. The tomato was so juicy I didn't even need any mayo.

Stir Fried Veggies (mostly broccoli, just the way I like it!) and brown rice. Didn't finish it all so I"ll eat the rest for dinner! Yummy.

I am so totally sorry I have tried to keep that "somebody" here. "They" just think whatever they see should be theirs. That same somebody finished off the chicken fajitas here.
