I had leftover mashed potatoes and broccoli for lunch.

bjh I think Nomad has had that Arby burger I hope to try it this week myself. Told the kids so one of them will remind me when we are in town.

Yep. I have had two of them. Nice fresh sandwich nice and lean.

Will likely have to resort to lunch via drive through today... yuck, I don't like doing that, but there are times when you simply don't have much choice. I have a MEGA ton of errands to do today & no time to sit & enjoy a good lunch. I'll hopefully find a Boston Market or Dickey's BBQ so that at least I can have a good Turkey Sandwich on Wheat Bread with all the Veggie Stuffings!

I'm going to take a California Pizza Kitchen thin crust cheese pizza and add some purple onion and ham to it. Should hit the spot.
