Hit our first of the season street fair for breaded tenderloins yesterday. Was nice to see signs of summer activities revamping I tell ya with all the rain we have had this spring.

Fish sandwich turned out to be a southern style chicken sandwich. Should have got fish. Next time I'll know. I'll fix southern style at home. Or me wife will.

Just kinda munched on everything for "lunch"...had a few crackers with low fat cheese, a banana and some almonds....guess I'm just grazing today!

Leftovers... two deviled egg halves, a piece of KFC, some Knorr broccoli cheddar pasta, and a lot of KFC coleslaw all washed down with peach iced tea. Bustin' a gut!!! lol
