No time..... I am just drinking the coffee that was meant for breakfast now..... Well, at least I am saving the Calories for the THanksgiving Dinner I am having at my grandmother's tonight!  LOL..... I will most definitely need them!

I don't know what it was!! - it was some kind of low-cal ready meal from the back of the freezer - with no box or label...  ... some kind of chicken (I think) with green beans and yellow peppers and bits of pecan, and very little discernable flavor...a good splash of Maggie seasoning made it edible...just.

Was it astronaut friendly?  YA know those little packs they take into outerspace and you have no clue what it is? Hmmmmmmmm.....

I don't remember buying any space food but maybe I got beamed up one day and they wiped my memory....but sent me home with a goody bag....

I have leftovers from yesterday's lunch waiting in the fridge:
3 potatoe rosti (fried grated potatoes) with pork in thin slices in creamy sauce with mushrooms.
