Ummm! Right now I am lunching on a delicious quesadilla I made with roasted garlic, tomato, chicken and cheese on corn tortillas. Sometimes it just all comes together...
I just ate a wrap for lunch. It was great! Inside it was stuffed with: deli ham, spinach, toasted almonds and sunflower seeds, blue cheese crumbles, dried cranberries, red onion, and honey mustard.
Pecan Pie Larabar..... just hungry enough today......oh and a cup of coffee.....
