For lunch today I minced some pancetta, fried it, and put it in an olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and thyme dressing that I ate over a green salad. I ate an apple and a yogurt on the side as well.

I guess since it was so late...... it would be the breakfast I had with some friends......two eggs over easy and dry wheat toast.... simple... but delicious.....

I just realized I haven't eaten anything yet today so I will have yogurt and a banana to tide me over until supper.

No problem! I buy the most green bananas I can find but this last batch has turned quickly unlike they usually do in a few days. Need to restock our supply with lots of fruit as one kid starts swimming in the morning before school. They call her the fruit lover girl.
