Partially cooked carrots. They need to be either raw or well roasted (with a roast) and fork tender or I don't like 'em.

I am amazed that no one else has mentioned this one: sauerkraut.

My mother never served it at home.

When I was in the first or second grade, we had hot dogs and sauerkraut for lunch at school. I told the teacher I did not want to eat it --- smelled awful. She insisted. Since I was an obedient child, I ate it.

Teacher had the privilege of explaining to my mother why I threw up at school.

I took lunch to school the rest of the year.

What is one food that makes you say "yuck"?

In W. Africa I was once served boiled goat testicles, uh...thank you- NO, on seconds. Coulda been worse I suppose, might have been Camel. A few of the village dogs did me a great favor.
