It is not lo-cal but:
Take a container of marshmallow fluff and 1 8oz. and 1 4 oz. pkg of cream cheese.
Blend together and you can use it for any kind of fruit especially strawberries.
Quick easy and delicious.

1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 can cream of coconut
1 16oz container Cool Whip
Beat cream cheese and cream of coconut until well blended... add whipped topping and stir until blended. Refrigerate at least an our (longer for a better blended taste)

Thanks everyone! I'm trying to get my kids to eat some more fruit. And whenever I have fruit dip they gobble the fruit up. Thank you all for the recipes!

there are some great whipped cream cheese fruit flavors out there. they are already pretty fluffy since they are whipped. so, you can use them as is! my local ALDI store has a really tasty whipped honey nut cream cheese that is great on a sliced apple!
