When it's hot outside: Venti triple espresso frappuchino with whip.

When I want something to warm me up: Grande toffee nut latte with extra whip. (or pumpkin spice when it is in season)

Gotta have something to put the junk in the trunk!

I go the grande non-fat cappuccino w/sugar free cinnamon dolce or the tall skinny (yeh, right) frappacino, no whip. That is, I did till I decided it was messing with my stomach big time, so I switched to non-fat chai tea. It's a weekly treat, so I don't get too uptight about the cost.
