May I make a suggestion so you can from this moment forevermore feel comfortable everywhere, always? Change the way you look at things, and you'll find the things you look at change.

Thank you! Well done shouldnt mean over done. it should be "a pointe" to the point of doneness. to me meat tastes best this way.

I always order: Two Eggs, over easy, and A side of Dry Wheat Toast (for dipping)... I break the top of the eggs open and drench it in salt and pepper.... yum....... it comes w/ a side of potatoes- but I send those carbs on down to my kids- they can burn those calories faster than I can

There's also blue rare for steak in which the surface is seared quickly but the inside remains cool and very, very rare!
