May I make a suggestion so you can from this moment forevermore feel comfortable everywhere, always? Change the way you look at things, and you'll find the things you look at change.

So -- always remember that this is YOUR life. Know the world is made for YOU and YOUR comfort and YOUR happiness, not for others and their comfort. Not for their DIScomfort, just that this is YOUR life and YOUR world, and the object of your life is to enjoy yourself and smile most of the time and have fun being alive.

So the next time you are, for example, in a store that has a bunch of things you haven't learned about yet, just smile (that's important; it makes you happy and it makes the sales clerk happy) and ask a clerk what this means and what that does and why those two go together, and so forth. See? It's your world, and you get to discover it, smiling and then play with it smiling I wish you joy!!

Thank you! Well done shouldnt mean over done. it should be "a pointe" to the point of doneness. to me meat tastes best this way.

I always order: Two Eggs, over easy, and A side of Dry Wheat Toast (for dipping)... I break the top of the eggs open and drench it in salt and pepper.... yum....... it comes w/ a side of potatoes- but I send those carbs on down to my kids- they can burn those calories faster than I can

There's also blue rare for steak in which the surface is seared quickly but the inside remains cool and very, very rare!
