My topping is eggs sugar, flour 3 t.. juice of 1 lemon
I found an identical recipe to my mother's, but it called for 1/4 C flour, which she apparently forgot to write down lol. Whoops!
Turns out they weren't a complete disaster...after sitting in the fridge to set up a little, they are delicious, even if the top is almost like a pudding.
Only problem now is that I still have 6 large lemons left (my hubby went a little overboard at the store), and I need to think of what to do with them.
I have at least 7 boxes of mix in the kitchen cab. My wife will make me some tomorrow night.
