I adore fish but hate the smell of it when cooking. I also find the smell of cooking minced meat quite repulsive ( smells like dog-food to me) and sausages too. Any fried food smells I pretty much hate. I hate that sort of "fatty" smell. It makes me feel a bit queasy.
I am surprised how many people hate the smell ( and taste) of mayo, it doesn't really smell of much to me at all. I tend to make my own mayonnaise as it is so easy and it very mildly smells of mustard but only if you put your nose right onto it.
fish, cabbage, burned food, those yucky marshmallow sweet potatoes that I grew up with for holidays. (If I had to pick - that smell from the marshmallow sweet potatoes)

I absolutely cannot stand being anywhere near the meat/fish counter in supermarkets. I will go out of my way to avoid that area. It makes me want to barf. I can only hold my breath so long.
The thing I hate most of all to smell when it's cooking is asafoetida. It's a spice that is used in dahl (a Middle-eastern lentil soup) and when you're actually eating the soup, it's a perfect complement to the lentils. But while it's cooking... eeurrrrrggghhh.

Asafoetida is really very vile smelling stuff, several years ago after returning from a business trip to India, I was violently ill with food poisoning, and all I could smell was asafoetida. Well, come to find out the asafoetida that I had brought back with me had leaked all over one of my suitcases!
You can minimize the smell it gives off while cooking by adding it to the oil, along with cumin/mustard seeds/carom seeds etc., whichever ones you are using. Or, add it to onions as you fry them, always in hot oil.
