American. We take liberties and do it our way with what others start. Spare ribs to pot roast. Fried chicken to fish and chips we do it all.

Does this include dogs, cats, guinea pigs, etc? I love a lot of things like their beef and broccoli and lemon chicken but now you got me wondering if it is chicken? I surely hope so.

My mother grew up in China and yes they did raise dogs for food. I think they still do as they do in many countries. Don't worry, the next taco you eat may have dog or horse mixed in with the "Beef", especially if the taco shop "Beef" comes from a South or Central American discount fast food supplier !
Next we will be all upset because there is lead in our tacos !!!

Indian meat dishes are my favorite. I'm sorry, but American meat dishes are way too focused on serving slabs of meat for me. I prefer my meat cut up and in a good, spicy sauce.

At least when I go to a steak house and get a Porterhouse I know it is beef...I am so leery of chopped up bits and pieces of stuff I can't identify...Same goes for pork chops....and fried chicken...Guess I am just a picky eater....

This is so true .

I don't eat meat in American Chinese food though, in my neighborhood I know beef & chicken is probably all pigeon, seagull or squirrels they find outside .
