How about GREENS:
Like Beet greens: I love um steamed and then some SUGAR on top..
My grandfather loved um and I do too...Norwegian???

And Spinch same way...

also red or green Chard...Collards???

I guess I am still hungry tonight...

A great side-dish I make (excellent with roast duck a l'orange but good with almost anything) butter-sauteed onions combined with chopped greens and diced canned pimientos with just a little of the pimiento juice to moisten up everything. Delicious! Cheers!
