Seltzer + squeeze of lemon
1/2 juice + 1/2 water
cold green tea

try to stay away from artificial sweeteners and flavorings. The green tea will help loose weight and get rid of any toxins in your body.

I think SAFT means juice in German. Funny how words change from language to language.

Ok, though I've seen some with artificial flavors.

Habits are hard to break because most of us like them; we don't want to give them up. ACcording to the experts: one soda pop a day adds and extra 30 pounds of weight at the end of the year. Try a llavored tea like Raspberry without adding any sugar.

Obce you are not used to drinking pop every day, you won't miss it. In time you won't even like it.
