4 lbs chicken thighs
1 lb potatoes
(place thights in a pan, spice on both sides, add 1 cup of water in the pan and place the pan under broiler. Roast 20 minutes on each side. Separate peel and cut potatoes lenghth wise, sprinkle with salt, peper and dry spices, sprinkle olive oil, sprinkle some bread crumb, mix very well and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 F until tender 30-40 minutes. Serve with chicken and salad. 4 lb can make 2 batches.)

3 smoked pork chops
(soak some beans over night. fry onion, green pepper. chop 2 carrots and some celery. Place everything in a pot add water to cover, salt and pepper to taste, bay leaves and dill weed. cook on low for about 4 hours. add more water if too thick.

1 lb kielbasa
2 cans Pillsbury croissants
(chop the sausage very small, saute some onion add sausage, chopped parsley, cool for about 10 minutes then add 2-3 tablespoons of parmesan, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste. Roll out the dough and fill with the filling. Roll and bake as specified on the box.)


2 lbs beef cubed into tiny pieces
(this must become stew, you can throw any vegies in the pot, spices and cook on slow until meat is tender. to make it worth, boil some tube pasta and mix with the stew before serving)

1 lb frozen strawberries in syrup
pancake mix
(morning pancakes with strawberry topping. Drain the syrup and mix with 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, put on medium heat mixing all the time, add sugar to taste until thicken. mix with the drained strawberries and serve over fresh pancakes. serve with a cup of good coffee).


1 c dry rice
2 HUMONGOUS zucchini
1 can diced tomatoes
(cut zucchini 3 inch pieces, scoop the inside and make a cup. If the zucchini doesn't have large seeds, use the pulp for filling. fry onion, green pepper, mushrooms, add tomatoes, simmer for about 10 minutes on low. Add 1 cup rice and 1 cup water and simmer until there is very little liquid. Add chopped parsley. Salt and pepper the zucchini cups and sprinkle with olive oil, place rice in the cups and add 3 cups of water. cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours... every 30 minutes baste cups with juice from the tray.) Serve a side dish or just with salad)


1 lb pork stew meat
1 of cream soups
1 lb bow tie pasta
(Casserole. saute the meat in oil add onion and saute, add spices. Boil pasta for 5 minutes only, drain and mix with the meat. Place this in a casserole and add the soup and 1 can of water. cover and bake for 1 hour.)

a little less than 1/2 lb spaghetti
2 bags Ragu pasta sauce
(These could cover few meals)


1 can Pillsbury pizza dough
1 lb potatoes
1 pk bacon
Some pasta sauce
(make a potato and bacon pizza. peel the potatoes and place in a pot with water and boil for about 10 minutes. Cut in thin slices. Take an onion and caramelize in oil, add chopped garlic, chopped bacon and fry. Add potatoes. Spice well.
roll out the dough and sprinkle pasta sauce on it and then the potato and onion. Bake at 400-425 for about 25 minutes)


1 lbs potatoes
cream soups
4 eggs
1 pk turkey bacon
(Casserole just like pizza only this time you place everything layers in a casserole, add cream and water, and bake)

6 eggs
milk and sugar
(make a custard)
1 box white cake mix
Bake the cake and place the custard on top.


1/2 lb pork country style ribs (we don't like these bbq'd at all!)
cream soups
1 can diced tomatoes
0.5 c dry rice
(Place the ribs in casserole, proceed to make the rice as for the zucchini cups, add over ribs, add cream and water and bake covered for 1 hour)


2 Knorr garlic pasta kits
1 pk turkey bacon
1 loaf wheat bread
Make a soup and serve with toasted bread

4 eggs
1 loaf wheat bread
French toast for breakfast

all kinds of spices and seasonings

I can buy $10 worth of veggies also - preferably frozen b/c you get more that way.
I think I could feed an army with what you have there. Very simple recipes could make a great meal.

I'll upload some pictures in my album, of some of my dishes so you can see what I am talking about.
