I've been craving s'mores lately. If you take one graham cracker square, a piece of hershey bar, and a marshmallow and microwave for 30 seconds, then smash on another graham cracker..voila.
It seems very wrong, but much easier than having to come up with a campfire.
I've never has a s'more--and I was a girl scout!!!! I guess I'm just not a fan of the combo of ingredients! I do like roasted marshmallows--but not with chocolate and (ick) graham crackers!
I love to make s'mores in the microwave. However, I only nuke the marshmallow, then sandwich it between the chocolate and graham crackers. When you nuke it all together, does the crackers get soggy?
I must admit, many of our left over s'more fixings from camping strangely disappear the following week..usually late at night

Doesn't seem wrong to me.
I use the microwave to make "grilled" cheese sandwiches without butter.
Toast the bread for texture then put the cheese between the bread and nuke for a bit depending on the oven's wattage. Good taste with less calories and grease. Yum.

Nope, the cracker doesn't get soggy. In 30 seconds, the marshmallow puffs way up (fun to watch..I guess I'm easily amused) and the chocolate gets a little soft.
Do you remember the pre packaged ones of these they sold in the 80's?
They were made to be zapped in the microwave.
I was addicted to those things when I was younger.
