Having lived in Japan for two years and Philippines for 3, I travelled quite a bit throughout Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong (before it was given back to China), Malaysia, Taiwan). Tried many things... most when I knew what it was... some when I didn't until after (and won't again).

Same here - I've probably had 2-3 more of them.

I just cannot eat any type of Asian food although my kids love it. My dad took me out for oriental food once, got home and it all came back up. Haven't had the nerve to try it since.

I could never bring myself to eat a balut, but have managed to eat durian (not on your list but should be) in a number of forms including raw, and as ice cream. That list has some of the most exotic foods next to some international favorites.
All I can ask those who say they ate a balut is this: did you finish it? What did you do with the beak and the feet?
And for those who have not tried the durian, it is like eating a melon while you are on the toilet.
