It's no surprise that a lot of Americans watch what they eat. Counting calories, nutrients and fat grams is practically a national pastime.

But what happens when people go over the line, and the pursuit of healthy eating actually becomes unhealthy?

oh my--i saw this. it was horrible!
the young guy is completely ematiated and thinks if he eats more food he will die soon--news flash my freind--you are wasting away!

the older man--the one who wrote the books, he looks like he is 30 years older than his Bio age!!!

these people cant possibly believe that eating this way is the best thing for them. they pay good money to listen to this "guru" and dont they notice he has aged well before his time?

Real interesting -I researched a little further, and apparently with a raw foods diet, you can literally eat and eat and eat, have a sedentary lifestyle and still lose weight. Cook virtually nothing and consume no processed foods. That sounds like a diet to end all diets. Unfortunately, those who follow it to the letter and take it too far end up in the cemetery.

Too much consciousness I think Of course watch it when you eat it but don't read each and every nutrition facts label. Whatever it is when it becomes too much its not healthier either.
