Now we're looking at India, the Middle East, and Africa. Which have you tried?

I have tried most- at least the vegetarian ones. I love Indian and Middle Eastern foods! Oh and African/Ethiopian are yummy as well. Big fan of spices.

Most if not all of the middle eastern foods...and the couscous

There are some Eithiopian restaurants in Ann Arbor I wouldn't mind trying someday.

My wife and I eat Indian food about every other week. I think I've tried all the Indian dishes up there.

I grew up in the Middle East so I've had most of those dishes as well. I could go for a nice Tunisian couscous right about now.

I've tried quite a few Indian foods but I couldn't tell you the names of most of them.
I do love Samosa's though.

Just about all of them. I didn't recognise some of the names, but when I looked them up, I HAVE eaten it, but it was called something else. For example, fufu is called mofongo in parts of the Caribbean.
Ugali is also called sembe, and I've had that.
