oops, guess I hit the wrong button. Here goes again:

Fresh, mashed potatoes & gravy, with my version of meatloaf, and green beans. The absolute best!

Peach cobbler, the way my dad used to make it. All from scratch, the smells can't be beat.
Apple crisp.
Tomato soup with grilled sandwich.
Pizza, of course.

Inspiration! Sounds delish! If you want to share your recipe, tell me where to find it! (there are recipe threads here...!)

Of course, when I make it, no one else in the house will likely want it, but that's okay. More for me.

Curiosity piqued. That's the second reference you've made to preparing an entree in such a way that only you will like it. Please share.

Sigh. You make me confess HERE?

I'm a terrible cook. Are you happy?

I CAN"T help it. Thankfully my daughter is faithful somewhat in liking my meat spaghetti sauce & something else that escapes me right now.

Oh yeah... my chicken bean soup: my daughter enjoys that... not sure about my boyfriend... he was brought up to NOT SAY anything discernible about whether he likes something or not unless I torture him first!!!! I much prefer an open communication... Does this sound.... f...a...m...i...liar? *L*

I make home made soup every week when the weather cools down. We also like chicken stew w/dumplings. I would make chili often, but no one other than me would eat it.

The weather cooling down in Houston does not happen until much later and lasts only a very short time.
