I've never even heard of some of the American food. The British list is closest to my list of comfort foods.

those are on my short list. my mother didn't serve soup with sandwiches, so after having that at a friend's house, i asked for it. i like my rice pudding the most, too. while i love coffee, some foods and moments require tea.
