I like to watch Robert Irvine, just like his personality.

For recipes it's Ina and Giada- they make the food I love to eat.

I too used to love Paula, but we were just talking the other day about how ironic it is that they made her the "Real woman of Philadelphia" spokesperson because she's become so "fake" at least to us.

They always stick the new ones on Sunday morning and decide if they want to promote them more or let them go. We tape Melissa so we can watch her anytime. I know Aarti seems to be the type that is either loved or hated. I do not think she is going to last more than another season cause they keep pre-empling her, but we will have to wait and see.

Antonio Carluccio - Brilliant Regional Italian food and such a "bon viveur" too

Thomasina Miers ( fantastic , real authentic Mexican food, her Mexican restautant in London is one of my favourite places to eat ) - I love her Passion for food.

Raymond Blanc , his understanding of French food is simply brilliant

‪Raymond reveals the curing process for duck ham - Raymond Blanc's Kitchen Secrets, Preview - BBC Two‬‏ - YouTube

Gordon Ramsay is a brilliant chef but I hate his swearing. It really puts me off .

And I used to love "Two Fat Ladies". Such a shame Jennifer died. They were such good fun.

Giada
Barefoot Contessa
Bobby Flay
Elle Kreiger

I like more cooking and less chatting. Most of the cooks talk too damn much.

I don't have cable or a dish so I watch my favorite cooking show on Public TV. Chris Kimball on "Test Kitchen". They really go into why things turn out well in a recipe or not. I've gotten so many great tips from this show, like when making an omlette to cube some butter into tiny little pieces and add it to the omlette after it is about half cooked. Makes it light and fluffy.
