Oh no! I had a piece of Easter candy. Now my resolution is broken, that means I can eat all the chocolate I want, right?

Default I needed some fibre...

... so I decided to have some pop corn. I still make mine the old-fashioned way, on top of the stove in a pot with some peanut oil and loose kernals. Usually I just top it with melted butter and maybe some shredded Parmesan cheese, but today I added a tiny squeeze of anchovy paste to the butter before melting, then applied it to the pop corn along with some Parmesan shreds. It was not bad and not really that unusual when you consider those shops that sell shrimp-flavored popcorn. I'm not sure if I will try it again soon though.
