Unfortunately, my oven only goes up to 550F. I think pizza comes out best from 750-900F or so. This is why I want to build my own brick oven.

Papa Murphy's pizzas come out perfect when cooked in a 425 degree oven. They're really quite good we don't each much pizza but I find there's to be better than any of the chain pizza places like Domino's or Pizza hut. and they have a number of healthy options, we usually get a veggie pizza on a thin crust, sometimes I'll throw extra stuff on it like olives or artichoke hearts or banana peppers. They have a special here on Tuesdays, all large pizza's are $8

I agree. I think the best crusts come from a high-temp oven.
