Have you tried E-Diets Express Meal Delivery. If so, are their meals any good? Is there any kind of cooking involved or are the meals ready to go by just popping them in the microwave? And finally, did you lose any weight on this diet plan?

Question Home Delivery Meal Service

I'm thinking about starting with Winder Farms for their home delivery of farm products (milk, bacon, etc). They're excellent products and it's convenient. Does anyone have experience with it?

Default Home Delivery

I caught the WinderFarms.com ad on this site. I've heard of similar services as well (bring the food to your home so that it's fresh every morning--the modern milkman). It looks like a convenient service with quality products. Does anyone have experience with it?

If you live in Utah, you should be able to get them to deliver. Otherwise, fergit it.

I used to use a grocery delivery service - web something or other. It was marvy for all but produce and frozen. I liked it a lot - I am disabled and find shopping not only very difficult, but a nuisance as well.

I wish they hadn't tried to expand so fast. That's what did them in. Now I have to shop my self, and come home totally wiped out!

Cheerio!

Here in Florida and we had them in Texas as well...you often see the Schwann man.

I have also found that you can order groceries over Amazon.com, they even have a nice selection of organic items as well.

I like to go to Costco and buy in bulk, freeze it all and then pull out what I need, when I need.

Being disabled, I would love it if Peapod were in our area. Tried Schwanns, but it is not only overpriced, but their quality finally dropped below even my less-than-exacting standards (one drops standards as one loses the ability to control quality directly). Also, they don't carry anything except frozen foods.

Soooooo, I make trips to grocery with young adolescent grandson in tow, ride one of those little carts with him pushing a basket. Get shopping done as efficiently as I can, come home and collapse for 2-3 days. GK puts away the frozen / refrigerated stuff and brings in the rest to the kitchen for me. DH helps me put it away over the next day or so.

Getting old and decrepit ain't fer sissies!

Cheerio!

I have a friend who orders all of her food from Schwann. I was impressed with the selection and the quality.

Question Winder Farms

Winder Farms is also in Las Vegas. I like the idea of fresh produce being delivered to my door. Does anyone have experience with Winder?
