I m not serving it but to answer your second question of "where to get it", what area do you live? I know where to get it in SC but that could be hundreds of miles from you.

I'm not, but if you have an extra "arm & leg" you can order from Cabela's. Only $119.99 for 15#'s.(not incl s&h)

Sounds like it would be fun to try. 15#'s should/could feed 30 people, thats only $4/person(w/out s&h.....again.)

$12.95 for standard shipping(3-6 business days). So $4.44/person.

Not "crazy" bad, once a yr type thing, go for it.

Products - Hebert's Specialty Meats - turduckens, turducken, Alligator Dips, boneless skinless chicken breasts, boneless skinless chicken breast, Boudin, crab stuffing, Crawfish Au Gratin, Eggplant Dressing, Shrimp Crab and Crawfish Gumbo

We had one for Thanksgiving a few years back from Hebert's and were disappointed. They aren't cheap, and in my opinion, they are just overkill. Now, if you want to try Hebert's de-boned stuffed chickens, that's a different story. They are da-bomb. Their crawfish/etouffee stuffing can't be beat.

Turducken (Turkey/Duck/Hen) is delicious. We have always ordered ours from The Cajun Grocer and have not only been pleased, but so have our guests (and our son's guests in D.C. and NYC - we used to send him one when he couldn't make it home for Thanksgiving and hosted an "Orphans' Thanksgiving" for friends who couldn't make it home either).

I'm in Glendale. You can buy them at Cabela's. I'll stick with regular .39/Lb turkey from Grocery store myself. I'm sure if you call AJ's, they can get you anything you want.

I'm sure I'd have to sell my soul to get something like that from AJ's
