Default Your favorite cooking appliance?

I wasn't sure whether this should go into the Home or the Food forum, so I'm posting it here on a best guess; I'm sure the mods can relocate it if they think it would fit better in the other section.

What is your favorite cooking appliance? Not big items like cooktop, oven or microwave; just stuff that is portable and/or fits on a countertop. It can be something manual or 'powered' -- doesn't matter.

Mine's definitely the George Foreman Next Grilleration (awful name) grille. It's the new model with the removable grill-plates, so it cleans up in a snap. We use it every day, often two or even three times a day on weekends if the urge for quesadillas hits. It's easily the most often utilized item in our kitchen!

(Second most used is the Tassimo, though I wish they made more decaf items other than just the coffee and the cappuccino. How about some decaf latte? decaf and/or herb teas? The hot chocolate is really good, though!!)

Probably my cappuccino machine. It's a Solis. I really love it, and use it regularly.

We have an electric outdoor grill. That is my favorite hands down, because it means the husband is cooking!

Yesterday I might have said my food processor, but today I'll say my coffee-maker. It just broke and I am nearly in tears!

I can relate. I have been living WITHOUT my food processor for 18 months, and our cappuccino machine really needs a tuneup.
