my Mom{100% Italiano,lol}, Lidia Bastianich, Giada De Laurentiis, Ina Garten {Barefoot Contessa}, Michael Chiarello, LOL, the list can go on...I love watching them cook...I went to a book signing years ago when Lidia Bastianich came to Long Island...love love her...she reminds me of my italian grandmother to a degree...She also has 2 restaurants in Manhattan, been to the one called Becco...very nice

I even have him in my dreams sometimes. He's checking out my mac n cheese or oven baked chicken that is just great since his tips! heh

I love the science and "why's" that his show provides. It helps me to understand so much more about what I'm doing in the kitchen!
