Default Leftover turkey!

What's your favorite way to eat it up? Sandwiches, casserole, salad? I'm looking for ideas please!

Default Turkey gravy

After all the big pieces get turned into sandwiches and the like, we take the little crumbs (usually alot of these) and have a breakfast of turkey gravy on toast. It's a cream gravy; flour, veggie oil, milk. The seasonings are s/p , poultry seasoning, pinch of onion powder. After gravy is combined and brought to consistency add turkey crumbs and a minced up boiled egg (or 2 for a big pan) serve on toast. It's okay on biscuits too
