I do not eat fast food but a few chains I like:
PF Changs - I think pretty decent chinese but I am not a huge chinese food fan.
Houstons I like a great deal...good solid all american food...they have a rib eye that is to die for and their ribs are divine. What I love about Houstons is the consistency and stability of their menu. Their spinach dip is also top notch.
Seasons 52 I really really like....those flatbreads are delicious.

Zaxby's has the best chicken along with Chick-Fil-A. I've been known to drive way out of the way for those two. And I mean way out of the way.
Schlotzsky's is also a favorite.

I don't know if it's national or not, but Noodles & Co. isn't bad as chain-type restaurants go.
For burgers and so on, I prefer regional chains. In the south, What-a-burger is wonderful, and in the Midwest, Culver's is the only way to go.

I love Schlotzsky's mediterranean pizza. The crust is the sourdough bread that they use on their sandwiches, and it is goooodd. It took me a while to venture out from their original sandwich, but I am sure glad that I did!
I also like Chick Fil-A. I don't know how they do the chicken for their sandwiches, but they are good too.

Chick-Fil-A uses peanut oil for frying which is so much better than the tasteless vegetable oil.

For Burgers, In and Out on the west coast and Five Guys on the east coast are top notch.

Carlos Jr's six-dollar burger, especially when they have portabello mushroom kind. I like the fact that you can get fried zucchini instead of fries. Their jalapeño burger is good, too.
Jack in the Box. Seasoned fries and Jack's tacos!
El Pollo Locos. Good grilled chix.
Del Taco. Fish tacos are good! Rubio's are good too.
Pei Wei. You can get some of the same foods as PF Chung, but a lot cheaper.
We hardly get fast foods any more, but when kids were younger (And not driving), and into sports and scouts and we were always running around, we used to make quick stop at fast foods once or twice a week. I admit I rather liked some of those foods. Not fond of Mc D's though...

I love Chik-Fil A!
In Florida, Pollo Tropical is THE BEST ff out there. Their black beans and rice are to die for, as are their roasted pork and chicken.
I like Chipotle for fresh fast food also.
I like California Pizza Kitchen, Wegman's and Boston Market for when I want "healthy" fast food. I miss Kenny Rogers Roasters.

Jimmy John's is one of my favorite places to eat for subs and sandwiches...
For burgers, I love Culver's. I think they are mainly in the Midwest.
