Here's what's in my fridge: Western Family (good old yaller mustard), French's (also yaller), Winco Honey Mustard, Beaver Brand Chinese Mustard, Grey Poupon Dijon. Any favorite or recommendations??

I think I have a few different mustards in my refrigerator that I purchased for use in a specific recipe, but I have no idea off the top of my head what kinds they are or how long they've been in there untouched. Probably time to clean out the fridge.

I typically don't use mustard.

Gulden's Spicy Brown, and Plochman's (yellow). We had some Chinese mustard in there, I could swear - but I think husband threw it out (it was hardly ever used.)

French's yellow & Grey Poupon Dijon. But I also have Coleman's dry mustard powder for when I want something like the Chinese restaurant sinus clearing mustard. If I mix the Coleman's dry with water & let it sit for an hour or so It's just like the restaurant mustard.

Dijon, honey mustard and brown grainy mustard.

Surprisingly I detest yellow mustard.

Thanks for the tip!!! We have Chinese food so rarely that buying a jar of it isn't worthwhile - but THIS would be a fantastic way to keep some around for when we do want it! Thanks!!!!!!!

I don't really keep mustard on hand; I live alone so I buy small jars and then use them up pretty quick. I never buy yellow hot dog mustard; it's always spicy, whole grain mustard or honey mustard for my chicken tenders.
