I think this is pretty interesting, to read and find out about the timeline of food as a chronological list of events, inventions and developments in the history of human food.
To find out what people ate at ancient times, how they cooked their meals, where they got their food from, how they invented dishes we know today. Or what they ate during the California gold rush. Or stuff about space food...
