That interesting. I had to google to find out what "gandule rice" is. Looks tasty, maybe a little kin to what I call Spanish rice.

Here is one of my fav Holiday roast-my own creation a few years ago (hope the image appears-trying for the first time)
Its a bnls pork crown roast stuffed with apple-cinammon stuffing w/ apple slices around the outside-its made from a bnls pork loin

I made a pumpkin pie, my third pie of all time and the second without using the premade crusts. Haven't quite got the rolling down yet, but will practice more soon Tastes good though

I still have issues making the crust 'pretty.' With pumpkin pie, the middle is my favorite anyway
