I'd like to make something different tonight. What cut of beef do you use for Teriyaki steak. I want to slice it thin. Also, what side dishes would your recommend? Thanks!

NY strip would be my choice for teriyaki, or ribeye. I like little fat with my steak. If you want sometheing leaner, you could use top sirloin, but make sure you don't over cook.
