I'd never heard of it till you posted here. I just looked it up; sounds pretty interesting. I have to cook like that so that my teenager and husband will actually eat a vegetable or any other healthy sounding food which wouldn't normally pass their lips. The two of them have unwittingly consumed yogurt, tofu, tempeh, soy flour, grated and mashed fruits and vegetables all cleverly hidden in "normal" looking foods.
The book is a good way to start. Try a couple of recipes which sound good to you. If you read through the book, I'm sure that you'll discover ways to hide some goodness

in the foods you normally prepare.
