Default The Sneaky Chef Cookbook

I bought this yesterday at Half Price Books. Does anyone have it and have made the recipes? It looks really neat but how does the food end up tasting?

I'd never heard of it till you posted here. I just looked it up; sounds pretty interesting. I have to cook like that so that my teenager and husband will actually eat a vegetable or any other healthy sounding food which wouldn't normally pass their lips. The two of them have unwittingly consumed yogurt, tofu, tempeh, soy flour, grated and mashed fruits and vegetables all cleverly hidden in "normal" looking foods.

The book is a good way to start. Try a couple of recipes which sound good to you. If you read through the book, I'm sure that you'll discover ways to hide some goodness in the foods you normally prepare.

I was reading an article in a waiting room about it. My son was with me, and took a look at what I was reading and announced "MOMMY. YOU BETTER NOT DO THAT."

I like the idea of using these techniques to add more healthy ingrediants to our menu, but "as well as", not "instead of".
