The Phillips Crab Cakes have to be my favorite.

When I've had a rotten day, I love the Stouffer's frozen Mac n Cheese. It was a childhood favorite, and I still find it comforting.

I had a thing for Amy's organic Enchilada and black beans for awhile, but then I got over it.

Within the last year I had bought the Stouffer's (I think Stouffer's) steak/mushrooms/pasta meals for two -- the kind that's frozen 'til you cook it on the stovetop. I'd bought it several times at both Hannaford and Wal-Mart. Alas, within the past few months it stopped being sold. I was hoping that maybe the stores were just running out because lots of people liked it, but now I have to resign myself to them not selling it any more.

It was expensive (maybe $7 for a bag) but for two meals (or three small meals) that's a whole lot better (cost-wise, taste-wise, health-wise) than fast food when I'm in a hurry.

Anyway it was really good for dinner with lots left over for a hearty lunch the next day. I'm bummed that I can't find it any more.

I've tried a couple of other versions but they were much higher in calories and fat and they didn't taste as good.

President's Choice Seafood Lasagna.
Canadian cold water shrimp, bay scallops, Atlantic lobster, five cheeses, spinach and cremini mushrooms.
Delicious.

Stouffer's mac and cheese
Growing up I like chicken pot pie or French bread pizza
I am not a fan of the chicken or meat in frozen meals. It often has fat pieces or looks gross like it is pressed and put together

Stouffer's stuffed green peppers in sauce. Cook a bit of spagetti to gowith it. I recently tried a chicken pot pie by an outfit called Blakes. Very good.
