I love peanut butter most ways I can get it, but my very most favorite thing to do with it is what my mom used to do with it when I was a youngster. She'd scoop out a bowlful of premium vanilla ice cream and dollop a big old spoonful of peanut butter on top. She's been gone for years and years, but a taste of vanilla ice cream and peanut butter brings her right back here with me.

I buy the Skippy Chunky at BJ's. The double pack lasts only 2-2 1/2 months tops.And it's just me and hubby.
