- I know people who will dip their french fries in milk shakes.
That reminded me while growing up I use to crush up potato chips on top of my vanilla ice cream then as a teen I did dip French fries in my milk shake. Gee haven't done either for many years.
When we make nachos at home, we always eat them with steamed broccoli on the side.
I started doing it one day back in the 80s when I looked at the nachos and thought ~hmm, all I need is a veggie side to make this a real meal~. Broccoli was what I had in the crisper so I steamed it. We tried it, liked it, and now it's our staple combo.
We did that in WV as well as in SC. My husband just started doing that after we moved to SC and I did it all the time back in WV, strawberry or grape is really good with it.
Here in Texas, McDonald's throws jelly packets in the sack when you order biscuit-and-sausage. Don't they do that everywhere?
I have a few. I used to take a bowl of Neapolitan ice cream and crumble some saltine crackers into it and eat it and it was quite delicious. I also used to take a dill pickle, bite off the top of it, and take a peppermint and stick it into the middle and let the peppermint "melt" some and then eat it. I also used to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and put a slice of cheese in it as well. Those are the "crazy" combinations I can remember off the top of my head right now.

"Crazy" ain't the word for them. All of these would turn me off; they remind me of the examples people used when joking about the eating habits of women expecting babies.
Many of the examples of others sound interesting but not yours. No offense intended, CinnaBunney.
