It's a tough call between Mexican (chile rellanos! yum!) and spaghetti. Unfortunately, I hate eating meat and I make the best spaghetti and meatballs I've ever had. [pout]

2 of my favorites also. I make turkey leg osso bucco. Mario Batalia is making paella on Oprah as I type. I have a few other favorites as:
spaghetti and meatball
loin of pork
Tuscan Chicken (under a brick)

Impossible to narrow it down to just one. I'm a sucker for just about anything authentic mexican as my name suggests, but I love anything roasted whole or on the bone. I'm a sucker for a good burger or a good piece of pizza.
