Sourdough bread, cheddar cheese. Butter the bread with butter mixed with parmesan cheese before grilling. Yummy!!

RBGCS......Throw some roast beef in the middle of your grilled cheese!! Maybe a hamburger patty with tomatoes and lettuce, onions ,pickles ...wait that's a cheeseburger. Ayla, I'm sure you did not say peanut butter...?

Sorry, I am President of the Anti-Mayo club. I love gc and everytime I order it I make sure and tell them no mayo. I didn't think it was common to put it on these things but I learned I needed to say something.

Tomato is wonderful on gc's and I do need to have a little mustard on the side to dip into.

Now I am starving! I have some sundried tomato havarti I am going to have to try on a gc. This cheese is scary good.

I've gotten everyone I know doing the same thing because it's so delish!

It does help to spread it bit by bit as you eat it because with hot (temperature wise) foods I find that Sriracha dries out on the bread to a much hotter (mouth burning spicy wise) paste. And the sauce really offsets the oilyness of the cheese!
