A restaurant my parents used to take us to had the best Boston Creme Pie, made by an old lady for many many years. I remember it to this day (20 years later) and wish I had a piece now!

Also, as an occasional treat, my stepmother used to make us chocolate gravy and biscuits for Sunday morning breakfast. Yum!

I grew up in New England, where Drake's Cakes were the preferred cake treat. Devil Dogs, Ring Dings, Yodels, Funny Bones. The imitators can't hold a candle to a Drake Cake.

Since I've moved away, Drake's Cakes are hard to find. Little Debbie doesn't do it. There was a time when a local grocery store was selling them, but then pulled them off the shelves. When you're in Little Debbie land, people do want to make the switch.

But I miss my Ring Dings and Yodels!

I LOVED going to Dairy Queen and getting a mint chocolate chip Dilly Bar!

My favorite at-home treat was either Quisp out of the box or Jello vanilla pudding.

1) PRE-2000 M&Ms (Plain) - In 2000 all of Mars candy was changed from reg milk to SKIM MILK and to me now that like crap..

2) BIG MACS - Ah man were they good..... Sometime in the 90s the sauce was changed and its disgusting now.. (A thinner not as good sauce)

3) GOLDEN GRAIN - MACARONI AND CHEDDER!! (My favouritist mac and cheese ever) -- Company sold thier pasta division in 1986 (Product went to crap)

4) Oreos - Got worse in the late 80s (First the shell than other stuff)

5) Chips Ahoy - A few years ago changed to UNBLEACHED FLOUR and taste horrible to me.. (Were using bleached)

6) Mostaccholi - OH MY IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!!! -- The ingredients have been changed to skim milk, etc a few years ago and it doesnt taste good anymore...... (My moms best meal she made for years...) Cannot find adequate replacement ingredients.... (Noodles are not the same, etc)

Ahhhhhhh I could go on and on dues!! (You would have to scroll down like crazy!! (Ah man!!))
