Those patties are 10-1's. 1/10th of a pound (uncooked) of meat. A paper thin tiny patty decorated with bread and condiments to make it look pretty and like youre actually getting something. You are. Youre filling up with the bread. The price is about right. But since I dont do McD's anyway.....

I was in a hurry today running behind so I partook of two of the cheese burgers and a sweet tea for lunch. Held me over to supper.

I don't eat many hamburgers but when I do I want them to be big and good. So I avoid the fast food places and head for local places or a place like Applebees or Red Robin or Fridays. I like to have a beer with my burger. Or I'll make my own. Ciabatta roll, 1/4 lb. patty, onions, tomato, thousand island dressing. Or the onion, mustard, ketchup, pickle standard. I've made my own quesedilla burgers but that's alot of preparation. Tortillas, pepper jack cheese, spicy ranch dressing, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce tomatoes and onions. The only down side is you miss good french fries and I'm not going to cut and deep fry my own french fries.

I suggest putting the money you save in the bank to help pay for your by-pass surgery. Sure, you are going to die from something, but at least try to make past the age of 50.

I am the same way. I rarely eat hamburgers and try to avoid fast food burgers if I can but if I do want a burger I want a perfect one. I have found that Ruby Tuesdays has the best in my area. In fact one of my favorite meals is the Ruby mini's ( minus cheese) with their awesome fries and the salad bar. And with that I think I know where I may be going for dinner tonight lol.

Yes...because we all know that eating one McDonald's hamburger every 5 months will make you have heart surgery.
