Ok I just took the quiz. I'm a learning cook. I think I'm insulted but I have lots of potential.

"You Are an Excellent Cook

You're a top cook, but you weren't born that way. It's taken a lot of practice, a lot of experimenting, and a lot of learning.
It's likely that you have what it takes to be a top chef, should you have the desire..."

Ha and to think that 15 yrs ago I couldn't boil water. It's amazing what a good cookbook can do. LOL

Neat website. Thanks for sharing.

I'm a top cook too but cooking isn't that fun for me. Now, baking.....that's another story. I'm a much better baker than a cook.

Fun quiz!

You Are a Creative Cook

Your cooking is unusual, inspired, and definitely one of a kind. People love your unique style, but you've had your share of kitchen flops.
You have the makings of a cult chef. You may not cook at the Four Seasons, but you could have your own little funky cafe in San Francisco!

Well, it says I'm an excellent cook. Actually, I think I'm pretty good, but I also think the questions were very limiting. I wouldn't actually make the fish ... I'd probably do something with chicken, beef or pork.

excellent cook.

Well, I'll take that. I'll let my DH know this when he comes home and there's no dinner.

A little remark I just learned from my friend:

When the spouse says "What's for dinner" you say "Surprise!" and they say "Surprise what?" and you say "Surprise! There's no dinner!"

When my friend told me this (she doesn't cook that much) I really was in stitches for a minute or two.........
