One quart of house special fried rice (Chinese). Ahhhh....to take that white take-out container....that container with the metal handle on it....to open it up and have all that hot steam coming out of it...the sudden wonderful aroma of that delicious rice....with all that shrimp and chicken and pork...the bits of scrambled eggs..the bean sprouts...scallions....maybe open a pack of soy sauce or two or three, and pour them in here and there...and I would have a couple of mustard packets there as well, to add that mustard dollop now and then....accompanied by some ice cold sodas...just that big container of heaven and a fork and lots of cold soda; it's bliss!

Scratch fried chicken from my list. Replace it with fried okra.
